सितारगंज साप के काटने से अधेड़ महिला की मौत हो गई। चिकित्सकों ने महिला की मौत की सूचना पुलिस को दी है। किच्छा रोड के वीरेंद्रनगर गोठा निवासी 52 वर्षीय पार्वती पत्नी नत्थूलाल को सोमवार की तड़के सांप ने काट लिया। इसके बाद महिला की तबियत खराब होने लगी। परिजन महिला का झाड़फूक से उपचार कराते रहे। दोपहर बाद महिला को सरकारी अस्पताल लाया गया। उपचार के दौरान महिला की मौत हो गई। इमरजैंसी मेडिकल आफिसर डा. आरपी सिंह ने बताया कि महिला की मौत की सूचना पुलिस को दी गई है।
