पुष्कर सिंह धामी की पहली कैबिनेट का बड़ा फैसला,

कैबिनेट में यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड पर समिति बनाने के लिए फैसला,

सुप्रीम कोर्ट या हाई कोर्ट के रिटायर जज की अध्यक्षता में समिति बनाने पर कैबिनेट की मुहर,

29 अप्रैल से उत्तराखंड विधानसभा का सत्र

मुख्यमंत्री को समिति बनाने को लेकर कैबिनेट के मंत्रियों ने अधिकृत किया,

बाबू के पहले मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड बनाने की बात कही थी,

सीएम ने कहा आज नई सरकार का गठन होने के बाद मंत्रिमंडल की पहली बैठक हुई. 12 फरवरी 2022 को हमने जनता के समक्ष संकल्प लिया था कि हमारी सरकार का गठन होने पर हम यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड लेकर आएंगे.आज हमने तय किया है कि हम इसे जल्द ही लागू करेंगे: उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी, देहरादून

हम एक उच्च स्तरीय कमेटी बनाएंगे और वो कमेटी इस कानून का एक ड्राफ्ट तैयार करेगी और हमारी सरकार उसे लागू करेगी.आज मंत्रिमंडल में सर्वसम्मति से प्रस्ताव पारित कर दिया है. अन्य राज्यों से भी हम अपेक्षा करेंगे कि वहां पर भी इसे लागू किया जाए: उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी
