जेल में महिला बंदियों संग मनाया महिला दिवस

सेनेटरी पैडस साहित अन्य जरूरत का सामान किया गया वितरित

देहरादून। तेजस्विनी वुमन एसोसिएशन एवं आस्क ट्रस्ट की ओर से महिला दिवस पर जिला कारागार मंे महिला बंदियों को सेनेटरी पैडस व अन्य जरूरत का सामान वितरित किया गया।

तेजस्विनी वुमन एसोसिएशन की ओर से यह महिला दिवस कुछ अलग अंदाज में मनाया गया। यह महिला दिवस जिला कारागार सुद्दोवाला में बंद लगभग 70 महिला बंदियों के साथ मनाया गया। सभी को सेनेटरी पैडस सहित अन्य जरूरत का सामान जैसे कंघी, तेल, टूथब्रश, टूथपेस्ट आदि वितरित किया गया। जानकारी देते हुए तेजस्विनी वुमन एसोसिएशन की फाउंडर प्रिया गुलाटी ने बताया कि महिला बंदियों के साथ महिला दिवस पर उनकी आपबीती सुनना और समझना एक अलग ही अनुभव रहा। इस पूरे कार्य में जेलर पवन कोठारी ने उनका पूर्ण सहयोग किया और मौका दिया कि महिल बंदियों से मिल कर उनसे वार्ता कर सकें। प्रिया गुलाटी ने बताया कि जेल में भले ही बंदियों का पूरा ध्यान रखा जाता है परंतु बहुत सी जरूरत की चीजे है जो उनको समय समय पर जरूरत पड़ती रहती है उसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए सामान वितरित किया गया था। वहीं उन्होंने बताया कि महिला बंदियों के लिए स्वरोजगार व अन्य किसी प्रकार की ट्रेनिंग के संबंध में भी विस्तार से चर्चा की गई है जिस पर जल्द ही कार्य आरंभ किया जाएगा। उनके साथ अस्क ट्रस्ट की ट्रस्टी कमलप्रीत कौर, तेजस्वनी वुमन एसोसिएशन की को फाउंडर दीपा चावला, त्रिशला मलिक भी मौजूद रहे।
