कोरोना संकट की वजह से प्रवासियों की घर वापसी जारी है। रविवार को उत्तराखंड सरकार की मदद से 27 प्रवासी हरियाणा गुरूग्राम से अपने जनपद चमोली पहुॅचे। लाॅकडाउन शुरू होने से अब तक चमोली जनपद के 8165 से अधिक प्रवासी अपने घर लौट चुके है।
प्रवासियों के चेहरों पर अपने घर पहुॅचने की खुशी साफ झलक रही है। सभी प्रवासी उत्तराखंड सरकार एवं जिला प्रशासन की व्यवस्थाओं से बेहद खुश है और संकट की इस घडी में घर तक पहुॅचाने के लिए शासन प्रशासन का आभार व्यक्त कर रहे है। प्रवासियों के गौचर पहुॅचने पर मेला मैदान में बनाए गए स्टेजिंग एरिया में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा सभी की मेडिकल जाॅच, थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग एवं डाटा तैयार किया जा रहा है और सभी प्रवासियों को फूड पैकेट दिए जा रहे है।
