सूचना एवं लोक संपर्क विभाग में अपर जिला सूचना अधिकारी चमोली के पद पर कार्यरत श्री जीएस भट्ट के सेवानिवृत्त होने पर भावभीनी विदाई दी गई। जिलाधिकारी स्वाति एस भदौरिया ने जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों के साथ अपने कार्यालय में एडीआईओ श्री भट्ट जी को स्मृति चिन्ह एवं शाॅल भेंट कर उनको विदाई दी। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि श्री भट्ट जी ने अपने सेवाकाल में अपने कर्तव्यों का ईमानदारी एवं निष्ठापूर्वक निवर्हन किया। श्री भट्ट जी के विदाई समारोह के लिए जिलाधिकारी ने अपने घर से बनाए पकवान (कलेऊ) खिलाकर विदा किया। इस अवसर पर सीडीओ हंसादत्त पांडे, एडीएम एमएस बर्निया, सीएमओ डा0 एके डिमरी, सीटीओ वीरेन्द्र कुमार, एसडीएम बुशरा अंसारी, सीएचओ नरेन्द्र यादव, जीएमडीआईसी डा0 एमएस सजवाण, ईई जल संस्थान प्रवीन कुमार सैनी आदि अधिकारियों ने भी उनके कार्यो की सराहना की और उनके उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना करते हुए विदाई दी।

सूचना विभाग के कर्मचारियों ने भी श्री भट्ट को स्मृति चिन्ह व शाॅल भेंट कर उनके सकुशल सेवानिवृत्त होने पर भावभीनी विदाई दी। सूचना विभाग में 34 वर्ष एवं 13 दिनों तक अपनी उत्कृष्ट सेवाए प्रदान करने के बाद श्री भट्ट जी 31 अगस्त को अपनी अधिवर्षता आयु पूर्ण करने के बाद सेवानिवृत्त हुए। 19 अगस्त 1985 में सूचना विभाग में नियुक्त हुए श्री भट्ट जी ने अपने सेवाकाल में पिथौरागढ़, उत्तरकाशी, यूपी के हरदोई तथा मुजफ्फर नगर, एवं रूद्रप्रयाग व चमोली जनपदों में अपनी सेवाएं दी है। उन्होने अपने सेवाकाल के दौरान सभी कार्यों का दक्षता तथा तन्मयता से सम्पादित किया। इस अवसर पर जिला सूचना अधिकारी राम कुमार दोहरे, वरिष्ठ सहायक अनुज नैनवाल, संरक्षक रवेन्द्र सिंह, तकनीकि सहायक अशोक सेमवाल, पुष्कर लाल आदि उपस्थित थे।
