जोशीमठ तहसील क्षेत्रान्तर्गत टिमरसैंण महादेव नीति की यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर जिलाधिकारी स्वाति एस भदौरिया ने बुधवार को सभी संबधित अधिकारियों की बैठक लेते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिये। टिमरसैंण महादेव नीति की यात्रा 10 फरवरी से 04 मार्च तक कराया जाना प्रस्तावित है। सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से टिमरसैंण महादेव की यात्रा पर जाने के लिए केवल 18 से 60 आयु वर्ग के यात्रियों को ही तथा एक दिन में 25 यात्रियों/पर्यटकों को ही यात्रा पर जाने की अनुमति देने का निर्णय भी लिया गया।
जिलाधिकारी ने एसडीएम जोशीमठ को आर्मी, आईटीवीपी, बीआरओ, स्वास्थ्य, पर्यटन, वन विभाग आदि विभागो के अधिकारियों सहित स्थानीय लोगों के साथ जोशीमठ से नीति तक संयुक्त सर्वे कर रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिये है। उन्होंने टिमरसैंण महादेव नीति की यात्रा पर जाने वाले सभी यात्रियों व पर्यटकों का पंजीकरण सुनिश्चित करने कहा। यात्रा पर जाने वाले यात्री व पर्यटकों को दो दिन पूर्व जोशीमठ स्थित पर्यटन कार्यालय में अपना पंजीकरण कराना होगा। पंजीकरण के उपरान्त आवेदक को अपनी पंजीकरण संख्या लेकर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र जोशीमठ में अपना स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण करके फिटनेश सर्टीफिकेट भी पर्यटन कार्यालय में जमा कराना होगा। इनर लाईन परमिशन केे लिए पर्यटन कार्यालय को सभी आवेदनों पर उप जिलाधिकारी जोशीमठ से अनुमति लेनी होगी। जिलाधिकारी ने आवेदन फार्म की एक प्रति एनआईसी की वेबसाइट पर भी अपलोड कराने के निर्देश जिला पर्यटन विकास अधिकारी को दिये है।
टिमरसैंण महादेव की यात्रा पर जाने वाले यात्रियों व पर्यटकों को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र जोशीमठ में सूगर, बी0पी0, एवं हद्य संबधी जाॅच कर फिटनेश सर्टीफिकेट दिया जायेगा। जिलाधिकारी ने यात्रा के दौरान सीएचजी जोशीमठ में अलग से एक फार्मेसिस्ट, वार्ड ब्वाय सहित आवश्यक दवाईयों एवं उपकरणों की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी को दिये है। उन्होंने 05 सिग्मा मेडिकल टीम से भी संपर्क कर यात्रा के दौरान स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं मुहैया कराने को कहा। यात्रा मार्ग पर खाद्यान्न की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता हेतु जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी को ग्राम प्रधान व सरकारी सस्ता गल्ला विक्रेताओं से आवश्यकता के अनुसार डिमांड लेकर पर्यटन कार्यालय को उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिये।
जिलाधिकारी ने यात्रा से पूर्व तथा यात्रा के दौरान जोशीमठ-नीति मोटर मार्ग को सुचारू रखने तथा बर्फ को हटाने के लिए आवश्यक मशीने तैनात रखने के निर्देश बीआरओ को दिये है। यात्रियों व पर्यटकों को मलारी से आगे कानवाई सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने हेतु आर्मी से सहयोग लेने पर भी चर्चा की गई। यात्रा के दौरान नीति क्षेत्र में विद्युत व्यवस्था, सुरक्षा व दूर संचार व्यवस्था के लिए भी सभी संबधित विभागों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिये गये।
