थाना लक्ष्मण झूला के उपनिरीक्षक विकास भारद्वाज ने बताया कि लक्ष्मण झूला टैक्सी स्टैंड स्थित टूरिस्ट होम होटल में चल रहे योग सेंटर में अमेरिका के न्यूयार्क से आयी लगभग 33 वर्षिय नाइजीरियन महिला रोज की तरह योग कक्षा में आ रही थी, बीते रोज योग शिक्षक मनोज बधानी उम्र 24 वर्ष पुत्र हिराबल्लभ बधानी निवासी कोटाबाग, नैनीताल पर उक्त विदेशी महिला ने छेड़छाड़ का आरोप लगाते हुए थाना लक्ष्मण झूला में शिकायत दर्ज करायी थी जिस पर कार्यवाही करते हुए पुलिस ने आरोपी को धर-दबोचा और जेल भेज दिया। लक्ष्मण झूला पुलिस ने अपराध संख्या 32ध्18, धारा-354 आईपीसी के तहत मामला दर्ज कर आरोपी को न्यायालय में पेश कर जेल भेज दिया। पुलिस ने यह भी बताया कि उक्त युवक बीते ढाई वर्ष से योग शिक्षक के रूप में कार्य कर रहा था और ऋषिकेश के मुनिकीरेती स्थित 14बीघा में किराए पर रह रहा था। यह भी जानकारी मिली कि उक्त युवक को शीघ्र बतौर योग शिक्षक के रूप में चाईना जाना था और वीजा लगने की इंतजार में था।
