जल निगम स्टोर में हुई चोरी का पुलिस ने मात्र 2 घंटे में किया खुलासा, दो शातिर चोर चोरी के माल सहित पुलिस की गिरफ्त में।
दिनांक 15/01/19 को धूम सिंह (चोकीदार जलनिगम चमोली) ने कोतवाली चमोली में जलनिगम स्टोर चमोली से अज्ञात चोरों द्वारा लोहे के पाइपबैंड चोरी हो जाने के समबन्ध मे तहरीर दी । तहरीर के आधार पर कोतवाली चमोली में उक्त घटना के संबंध में तत्काल मुक़दमा पंजीकृत किया गया तथा उक्त अभियोग की विवेचना उप• नि• नितिन बिष्ट के सुपुर्द की गई।
श्रीमान क्षेत्राधिकारी चमोली श्री मिथिलेश सिंह महोदय के पर्यवेक्षण में तत्काल उक्त चोरी के अनावरण हेतु उप. नि. दीपक रावत थाना प्रभारी चमोली के नेतृत्व मे पुलिस टीम का गठन किया गया। गठित पुलिस टीम द्वारा कुशल सुरागरसी पतारसी कर कल दिनांक 15/01/19 को ही अभियोग पंजीकृत होने से मात्र दो घंटे के अंतराल में दिनांक 15/01/19 को ही उक्त चोरी का खुलासा करते हुए *अभियुक्तगण 1– कफ़ील कबाड़ी पुत्र मो शफ़ीक़ निवासी मोहल्ला जापता गंज थाना नजीबाबाद उ•प्र• ।*
*2–इरफ़ान पुत्र क़यूम खान निवासी ग्राम भेड़ीं थाना चमोली* को कस्बा चमोली पुल के पास से चोरी किए गए समस्त लोहे के पाईप बैंड के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया । दोनों अभियुक्त गणों ने उक्त लोहे के पाईप चोरी करके कफील कबाड़ी के गोदाम में छुपा रखे थे तथा कफील कबाड़ी के गोदाम से ट्रक संख्या UK 11CA 0868 में लोड कर फरार होने के फिराक में थे। ट्रक संख्या UK 11CA 0868 को भी उक्त अभियोग में सीज किया गया है एवं अभियुक्त गणों को आज माननीय न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश किया जा रहा है।
