औद्योगिक नगरी सेलाकुई में रहने वाली युवती के साथ रुद्रप्रयाग के एक युवक ने दुष्कर्म किया। युवती मूल रूप से सीतापुर यूपी की रहने वाली है और सेलाकुई के एक मोहल्ले में किराए पर रहती है। शादी से भी इंकार करने पर पीड़िता ने सेलाकुई थाने में आरोपित युवक के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है। पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। मूल रूप से सीतापुर उत्तर प्रदेश निवासी युवती ने तहरीर में कहा कि वह 2019 में कंपनी मे काम करने के लिए सेलाकुई आयी तो सेलाकुई में उसकी जान पहचान परमेश बैरवान हाल निवासी कश्यप कालोनी फेज 1 बड़ोवाला प्रेमनगर स्थायी पता भुनाल गांव जनपद रुद्रप्रयाग के साथ हुई। जिसने कई बार दुष्कर्म किया।
