देहरादून के करनपुर में वन विभाग के पूर्व प्रशासनिक अधिकारी की हत्या के आरोप में पुलिस ने राजस्थान से युवक को गिरफ्तार कर मामले का खुलासा करने का दावा किया है।
पुलिस के अनुसार, युवक से बुजुर्ग गलत काम (अप्राकृतिक संबंध) कराता था। घटना से एक दिन पहले भी युवक को इसी काम के लिए बुलाया था। कथित रूप से पूरी रात उससे गलत काम कराया तो उसने तंग आकर बुजुर्ग की हत्या कर दी। आरोपी युवक को पुलिस आज देहरादून लेकर आएगी। दो अप्रैल को करनपुर स्थित एक निर्माणाधीन मकान में सुरेंद्र जायसवाल का शव बरामद हुआ था। उनके पास में एक बैग पड़ा था। पता चला कि किसी ने बैग की तनी से गला घोटकर उनकी हत्या की है।
पुलिस को पहले वहां मजदूरों पर शक हुआ, लेकिन कोई सफलता नहीं मिली। इस बीच मकान के पास के सीसीटीवी कैमरों में एक युवक जाता दिखा। पुलिस ने हुलिए के आधार पर उसकी तलाश की।

बताया कि बुजुर्ग सुरेंद्र जायसवाल से उसकी करीब सात साल पहले मुलाकात वृंदावन के गोवर्धन में हुई थी। उस वक्त जायसवाल वहां घूमने के लिए आए हुए थे। पुलिस के अनुसार, राहुल नशे का आदी था और खर्च के पैसे भी उसके पास नहीं रहते थे। इस पर जायसवाल ने उसे लालच दिया कि वह उनके साथ गलत काम करे। इस तरह कुछ सालों तक चला।
कभी जायसवाल उसके पास चले जाते थे, तो कभी वह राहुल को बुला लेते थे। एक बार राहुल ने जायसवाल से संपर्क बंद करने की ठान ली, लेकिन आरोप है कि बुजुर्ग नहीं माने और राजस्थान पहुंच गए। यहां उन्होंने राहुल को ब्लैकमेल किया कि अगर वह उनके साथ यह काम नहीं करेगा तो वह परिजनों को सब बता देंगे।
राहुल फिर से दबाव में आ गया और बुजुर्ग के कहने पर सब करने लगा। इस साल की शुरुआत में वह काम की तलाश में हरिद्वार आया था। 30 मार्च को जायसवाल ने राहुल को बुलाया और फिर से गलत काम करवाया। एक अप्रैल की पूरी रात कथित तौर पर बुजुर्ग ने इस तरह की हरकतें की तो वह तंग आ गया और जायसवाल की बैग की तनी से गला घोटकर हत्या कर दी।
मजदूरों से भतीजा बताया था
जायसवाल के घर पर जो मजदूर और मिस्त्री काम कर रहे थे, उन्होंने राहुल के बारे में पूछा तो जायसवाल ने उसे भतीजा बताया था। जायसवाल 25 वर्षों से अपने परिवार से अलग रह रहे थे। हत्या के बाद पुलिस ने पारिवारिक विवाद की दृष्टि से भी जांच की थी।
राहुल पर 25 हजार का इनाम था
पुलिस ने पिछले दिनों राहुल का गैर जमानती वारंट भी अदालत से प्राप्त किया था। इससे पहले उस पर 25 हजार रुपये का इनाम घोषित किया जा चुका था। आरोपी को तलाशने में लगभग दो महीने का समय पुलिस को लगा।
