मौसम विभाग द्वारा आज से अग्रिम तीन दिवस तक राज्य में भारी से बहुत भारी वर्षा के साथ ही कहीं कहीं अत्यंत भारी वर्षा होने की संभावना होने का अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। कुछ स्थानों पर आकाशीय बिजली ,ओलावृष्टि,तेज हवाएं 80 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा तक चलने की संभावना है।
उक्त चेतावनी के दृष्टिगत कमाण्डेन्ट SDRF,श्री नवनीत सिंह के आदेशानुसार राज्य के विभिन्न जनपदों मे व्यवस्थापित SDRF की सभी टीमें अलर्ट अवस्था में रखा गया है। सभी टीमों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे किसी भी आपात परिस्थिति केलिए पूर्णतः अलर्ट रहे व रेस्क्यू उपकरणों को भी कार्यशील दशा में रखें।
राज्य में SDRF की 29 टीमो का व्यवस्थापन निम्न है-
*देहरादून* – सहस्त्रधारा, चकराता।
*टिहरी-* ढालवाला (ऋषिकेश), कोटि कॉलोनी, ब्यासी(कौड़ियाला)
*उत्तरकाशी* – उजेली, भटवाड़ी, गंगोत्री, बड़कोट,जानकीचट्टी/यमुनोत्री।
*पौड़ी गढ़वाल* – श्रीनगर, कोटद्वार, सतपुली।
*चमोली-* गौचर, जोशीमठ, पांडुकेश्वर,श्री बद्रीनाथ।
*रुद्रप्रयाग-* सोनप्रयाग, अगस्तमुनि,लिनचोली, श्रीकेदारनाथ।
*पिथौरागढ़* – पिथौरागढ़,धारचूला, अस्कोट।
*बागेश्वर-* कपकोट।
*नैनीताल-* नैनी झील, खैरना।
*अल्मोड़ा-* सरियापानी।
*ऊधमसिंहनगर* – रुद्रपुर।
अतिवृष्टि से बाढ़, भूस्खलन, आकाशीय बिजली गिरना,बादल फटना इत्यादि घटनाये होती रहती हैं जिससे जान माल की हानि का भय बना रहता है। किसी भी प्रकार की आपदा के दौरान जान माल की हानि के न्यूनीकरण एवं तत्काल प्रतिवादन हेतु SDRF की रेस्क्यू टीम पूर्व से ही संवेदनशील स्थानों पर व्यवस्थापित है।
