थराली / थराली विकासखंड के सूना गांव के पास लगी आग से स्थानीय लोगों में अफरा-तफरी मच गई आग इतनी भयानक थी कि लोगों को जान का भय सताने लगा

सूना गांव अपने खेत मे आडा फूक रहे अज्ञात व्यक्तियों ने आग लगाई थी लेकिन आग की लपटें इतनी भयानक थी देखते देखते आग ने भयानक रूप धारण कर लिया जिससे स्थानीय लोगों में भी अफरा-तफरी मच गयी,वहीं गांव के स्थानीय लोगों ने मिलकर आग पर काबू पाने का प्रयास किया लेकिन आग बुझाने में ग्रामीण अभी भी नाकाम साबित हो रहे हैं

आये दिन खेतों में आडा जला रहे लोग आग जैसी घटनाओं को अंजाम दे रहे हैं. जिसके चलते कई बार आग जंगलों की और फैल जाती है. जिसमें लाखों की वन संपदा जलकर खाक हो जाती है. जबकि वन विभाग समय-समय पर लोगों को जागरूक भी करता रहता है लेकिन ग्रामीण अपनी मनमानीओं से बाज नहीं आ रहे हैं.

इससे पूर्व भी थराली विधानसभा के नारायणबगड़ विकासखंड के पंती गांव में खेत में आडा जला रही एक वृद्ध महिला की आग से झुलस कर मौत हो गई थी इस घटना से भी स्थानीय लोग को सबक नहीं ले रहे हैं।

खेतों में आडा जला रहे स्थानीय लोगों पर प्रशासन को कठोर से कठोर कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए क्योंकि छोटी सी लापरवाही किसी की जान पर भारी पड़ सकती है।

वहीं देवाल विकासखंड के ल्वाणी गांव के समीप मल्ला में भी वनाग्नि से चीड़ के जंगल धूं धूं कर जल रहे हैं
हालांकि वनाग्नि की इन घटनाओं पर काबू पाना तक तो दूर वन महकमे के आला अधिकारियों को इस बात की तक जानकारी नही है कि कहां वन संपदा वनाग्नि की चपेट में खाक हो रही है ।

वनाग्नि की घटनाओं के संदर्भ में टेलीफोनिक जानकारी लेने पर वनक्षेत्राधिकारी थराली/ देवाल त्रिलोक सिंह बिष्ट ने बताया कि अभी तक उनके पास ऐसी कोई जानकारी नही आई है कि उनके वन क्षेत्र में कहां कहां वनाग्नि से वन संपदा जल रही है साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि लगातार ग्रामीणों को खेतों में आड़ा यानी पराली न जलाने के लिए जागरूक किया जाता है किसी ग्रामीण द्वारा ऐसा करने पर तुरंत इसकी सूचना वन विभाग को देने के सुझाव भी दिए जाते हैं लेकिन इस तरह की शिकायत कोई भी ग्रामीण वन विभाग के अधिकारियों से साझा नही करता है
