इस दौरान एक समाज श्रेष्ठ समाज संस्था सचिव श्रीवास पाल सदस्य विजय चन्द ने संयुक्त रूप कहा की वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना वायरस के चलते औधोगिक आस्थान सिडकुल सितारगंज में कार्यरत शक्तिफार्म के स्थानीय श्रमिकों से कंपनियों के द्वारा कंपनियों में काम करने के लिए स्वास्थ्य प्रमाण पत्र माँग जा रहा है जिसके चलते शक्तिफार्म प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र में स्वास्थ्य प्रमाण पत्र बनाने के लिए लोगों की लंबी लंबी कतार लगना शुरू हो गई है जबकि कई वर्षों से शक्तिफार्म प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र पर्याप्त डॉक्टरों की तैनाती न होने कारण स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र में आने वाले मरीजों को अपना उपचार कराने में काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ा है अब ऐसे में एक डॉक्टर मरीजों का उपचार करेंगे या कंपनियों में काम करने वाले श्रमिकों का स्वास्थ्य प्रमाण पत्र बनाएंगे क्योंकि स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र में लगभग रोजाना डेढ़ सौ से दो सौ मरीज अपना उपचार कराने के लिए आते हैं जिससे अब उन मरीजों का भी उपचार सही से नहीं हो पा रहा है जबकि कई वर्षों से प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र शक्तिफार्म में कई डॉक्टरों के पद अभी तक खाली पड़े जिससे अस्पताल में आने वाले मरीजों को अस्पताल में प्राप्त डॉक्टरों के न होने की कारण से काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता है जबकि गरीब मरीज सरकारी अस्पतालों में बड़े आस के साथ आता है कि उसका इलाज सरकारी अस्पताल में बहुत कम खर्च में हो जाएगा लेकिन प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र शक्तिफार्म में डॉक्टरों और एम्बुलेंस का न होना बहुत ही दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण विषय है क्योंकि मरीजों के साथ साथ गर्भवती महिला को दूसरे अस्पताल में रैफर करना पड़ता जिस कारण से गर्भवती महिलाओं को व उनके परिजनो को बहुत सी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता है जिससे जच्चा बच्चा को जान का खतरा बना रहता हैं इस विषय को उत्तराखण्ड सरकार तत्काल संज्ञान में लेकर शक्तिफार्म प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र में खाली पड़े डॉक्टरों के पदों में तत्काल डॉक्टरों की नियुक्ति कर एम्बुलेंस सेवा भी तुरन्त चालू करें जिससे अस्पताल में आने वाले आसपास के मरीजों व गर्भवती महिलाओं को राहत मिल सके जिससे सभी मरीज स्वस्थ होकर अपने जीवन को खुशहाल बना सके क्योंकि स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में 108 एम्बुलेंस का मरीजों को उचित समय पर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने में अहम योगदान रहता है लेकिन आजकल उत्तराखण्ड सरकार के द्वारा 108 एम्बुलेंस की देख रेख न कर पाना उत्तराखंड सरकार पर प्रश्नचिन्ह खड़े करते हैं कि जो 108 एम्बुलेंस मरीजों को सही समय पर इलाज देने में सक्षम रहती थी आज उसी 108 एम्बुलेंस को सख्त इलाज की आवश्यकता है इसलिए उत्तराखंड सरकार को स्वास्थ्य संबंधित सभी स्वास्थ्य सुधारक विषयों पर बहुत तेजी से कार्य करना चाहिए जिससे आम जनमानस को अच्छी स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध हो सके
