चारधाम यात्रा के तहत बदरीनाथ की यात्रा पर शुक्रवार तक 4 लाख 79 हजार 722 तीर्थयात्री दर्शनों का पुण्य लाभ अर्जित कर चुके हैं। बदरीनाथ में लगातार तीर्थयात्रियों की संख्या में भारी इजाफा होते जा रहा है। यात्रा से जुडे लोग भी करोबारी गतिविधियों में व्यस्त हैं। वही शुक्रवार तक 46 हजार 426 श्रद्धालु हेमकुण्ड साहिब के दर्शन कर चुके हैं।
जिले में यात्रा कुशलतापूर्क चल रही है। जिलाधिकारी स्वाति एस भदौरिया ने बताया कि बदरीनाथ यात्रा मार्ग पर जोशीमठ साइड में लग रहे जाम के दृष्टिगत जाम में फंसे यात्रियों के लिए पेयजल, चाय, बिस्कुट, मनकीन आदि खाद्य सामग्री वितरण की समुचित व्यवस्था जिला प्रशासन द्वारा की गई है, ताकि जाम में फंसे यात्रियों को किसी प्रकार से कोई परेशानी न हो।
जिलाधिकारी ने बताया कि यात्रा मार्ग पर जोशीमठ, लंगसी, पीपलकोटी, क्षेत्रपाल, सोनला गोपेश्वर स्थित पेट्रोल/डीजल पम्पों पर डीजल/पेट्रोल की आपूर्ति सामान्य हो चुकी है। जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी डीपी जोशी ने बताया कि यात्रा को देखते हुए प्रतिदिन प्रति पम्प दो-दो फ्यूल के टोकरों की आवश्यकता महसूस की गई है। धीरे धीरे जनपद में फ्यूल की समस्या सामान्य हो चुकी है।
