जहाँ एक तरफ केंद्र सरकार तीन तलाक़ पर कानून बनाने की जद्दोज़हद में लगी है ,तो वही देश में तीन तलाक की घटनाये भी रुकने का नाम नहीं ले रही है ,ताज़ा मामला उत्तर प्रदेश के जनपद मुज़फ्फरनगर का है ,जहाँ तीन साल के वैवाहिक बंधन को एक शक्श ने तीन बार तलाक तलाक तलाक कहकर खुद को उस बंधन से आज़ाद कर लिया ,दरअसल मुज़फ्फरनगर की शहर कोतवाली क्षेत्र के नई बस्ती मोहल्ले की रहने वाली 25 वर्षीय साज़िदा की शादी तीन वर्ष पूर्व क्षेत्र के ही किदवईनगर निवासी अहसान के साथ बड़ी ही धूमधाम से हुई थी ,इस दौरान साज़िदा ने एक बेटे को भी जन्म दिया था , पीड़िता साज़िदा का आरोप है ,की शादी के बाद से ही ससुराल वाले अतरिक्त दहेज़ की माँग कर उसके साथ मार पिटाई करते थे ,लेकिन हद तो तब हो गई जब 18 जुलाई को साज़िदा के ससुराल वालो ने जहाँ उसके साथ मार पिटाई की तो वही खुलेआम साज़िदा के पति अहसान ने साज़िदा को तीन बार तलाक तलाक तलाक कहकर तलाक देकर घर से निकल दिया , मार पिटाई के दौरान इस बार साज़िदा को गंभीर चोटे भी आई है। साज़िदा के मायके वालो को जब इसकी सुचना मिली तो उन्होंने साज़िदा को उपचार के लिए जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती कराकर शहर कोतवाली पुलिस से न्याय की गुहार भी लगाई लेकिन कई दिन बीत जाने के बाद जहा पुलिस ने इस मामले में अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की है ,तो वही पीड़ित महिला साज़िदा का रो रो कर बुरा हॉल है ,इस मामले में जब हमने पुलिस अधिकारियो से बात करना चाही तो उन्होंने जाँच करने की बात कहकर कुछ भी बोलने से साफ इंकार कर दिया,जबकि इस मामले में पीड़िता के गंभीर चोटे है लेकिन पुलिस ने आरोपियों को मात्र 151 की धारा में चालान कर दिया जिसमे आरोपियों को तुरंत मजिस्ट्रेट के यहाँ से जमानत मिल गई।
