जोशीमठ। चाई गांव में स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियो के साथ भाजपा के पदाधिकारियों ने प्रभावितों से स्थिति का जायजा कर जानकारी विधायक महेंद्र भट्ट को दी। वहां पहुंचकर स्थानीय लोगों से एवं प्रत्यक्ष रुप से प्रभावितों के साथ उनकी समस्याओं को जाना। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि सबसे पहले सरकार और प्रशासन क्षतिग्रस्त पेयजल लाइनों को जल्द से जल्द दुरुस्त करें एवं चाई को जोड़ने वाले एकमात्र मोटरमार्ग को जो कि जगह जगह से खंडित हो चुका है उसे जल्द से जल्द दुरस्त करें। स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों भाजपा पदाधिकारियों ने मौके पर जाकर क्षति का आकलन किया और पाया की लोगों को आपदा के बाद काफी परेशानियों से दो चार होना पड़ रहा है। गांव वालों का कहना था कि गांव के बीचो-बीच सैलाब के कारण लगभग 2 से 3 हेक्टर कृषि भूमि खत्म हो चुकी है वहीं पेयजल लाइन भी आपदा की भेंट चढ़ चुकी। वहीं कई ग्रामीणों का कहना था कि अभी बरसात शुरू नहीं हुई है तो आपदा से जर्जर हो चुके चाहे गांव में बरसात होने पर क्या स्थिति होगी उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन और सरकार जल्द से जल्द आपदा क्षेत्र के निकट रहने वाले लोगों को किसी सुरक्षित स्थान पर रहने की जगह मुहैया कराएं। गांव में भ्रमण के दौरान कई लोगों ने अपने घरों में घुसे मलबे के कारण हो रही कठिनाइयों से अवगत कराया वहीं दूसरी तरफ कई लोगों ने प्रशासन द्वारा कई लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर भेजने की बात मानी एवं पेयजल की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था मुहैया कराने के लिए प्रशासन एवं सरकार का आभार व्यक्त किया वहीं दूसरी तरफ अनुसूचित जाति की बस्ती के लोगों ने कहां है कि 8 तारीख की आपदा में उनके कहीं खेत खलियान आपदा की भेंट चढ़ चुके हैं और उनके पास खेत के नाम पर कुछ नहीं बचा है उन्होंने प्रशासन से अपील की है कि उन्हें जल्द से जल्द कई उपयुक्त जगह पर स्थापित कर दिया जाए ताकि उनके जान माल की रक्षा हो सके। वहीं दूसरी तरफ महिलाओं ने कहा है कि एक तरफ अपने आपदा से दो चार होना पड़ रहा है, वह दूसरी तरफ विद्युत विभाग उन्हें विद्युत बिल पकड़ा रहा है जिसे देने में प्रभावित ग्रामीण समर्थ नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान में उनकी खेती जो खेल का एकमात्र आय का साधन था आपदा की भेंट चढ़ चुकी है। ऐसी में जब उनके पास खाने पीने के लिए ही नहीं बचा तो बिलों का भुगतान कहां से करेंगे ।वहीं दूसरी तरफ यात्रा के चरण मैं होने के कारण यहां के नौजवान जो कि वाहन चला कर अपनी रोजी-रोटी चलाते हैं उनके सामने रोजी रोटी का संकट खड़ा हो गया है। चाई के प्रधान जो कि इस दौरान भाजपा पदाधिकारियों के साथ मौजूद रहे उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन को उनके द्वारा प्रभावित लोगों की सूची एवं फसलों के नुकसान एवं भूमि की रिपोर्ट एवं ज्ञापन दिया गया है जिस पर प्रशासन ने जल्द से जल्द प्रतिकार एवं पुरोहितों को उचित मुआवजा देने का भरोसा दिया है इस अवसर पर भाजपा मंडल अध्यक्ष नगर मुकेश डिमरी महामंत्री ग्रामीण कुलदीप चैहान महामंत्री नगर नीतीश चैहान महामंत्री लक्ष्मण फरकिया एवं कुलदीप कठैत मौजूद रहे।
