विकासनगर को मिली 26 करोड़ 70 लाख रूपये की विकास योजनाओं की सौगात

विकासनगर। मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने गुरूवार को विकासनगर के एक स्थानीय बैंकट हाल में केन्द्र सरकार के 04 वर्ष पूर्ण होने पर विधानसभा क्षेत्र विकासनगर में आयोजित केन्द्रीय योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों के सम्मेलन में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने लगभग 26 करोड़ 70 लाख रूपये की विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं का शिलान्यास एवं लोकापर्ण किया। जिसमें 21 करोड़ 76 लाख रूपये के शिलान्यास कार्य एवं 04 करोड़ 94 लाख रूपये के लोकार्पण कार्य शामिल हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने जनता को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने वर्ष 2022 तक नये भारत के निर्माण का जो लक्ष्य रखा है, जिसमें सबके लिये अपना घर, शौचालय, स्वच्छ पेयजल की सुविधा उपलब्ध हो। सबके घर में बिजली हो, सबका अपना बिजली का कनेक्शन हो। इस दिशा में इन 04 सालों में ठोस पहल हुई है। उज्ज्वला योजना के अन्तर्गत गरीब परिवारों की महिलाओं को निःशुल्क गैस कनेक्शन प्रदान किये जा रहे है। प्रधानमंत्री के आह्वान पर देश में लगभग 02 करोड़ लोगों ने गैस की सब्सिडी छोड़ी है। इस खर्चे से उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत गरीबों को निःशुल्क गैस कनेक्शन दिये जा रहे हैं। प्रदेश में जो लोग इस पात्रता में नहीं हैं, यदि उन परिवारों की वार्षिक आय 2.5 लाख रूपये से कम है तो उनको राज्य सरकार निःशुल्क गैस कनेक्शन उपलब्ध करा रही है। प्रधानमंत्री के आयुष्मान भारत के संकल्प में उत्तराखण्ड के लगभग 5.38 लाख परिवार लाभान्वित होंगे। राज्य सरकार ने इस संकल्प को विस्तारित करते हुए प्रदेश के 20 लाख परिवारों को आयुष्मान भारत आयुष्मान उत्तराखण्ड के अन्तर्गत लाने का निर्णय लिया है। आगामी 15 अगस्त, 2018 को यह योजना आरम्भ की जाएगी। प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना में प्रदेश के 01 लाख से अधिक परिवारों को वर्ष 2021 तक सस्ता आवास मुहैया कराया जाएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने कहा कि पं.दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण विद्युतीकरण योजना में प्रदेश के सभी गांव शत-प्रतिशत विद्युतीकृत हो चुके हैं। स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के अन्तर्गत उत्तराखण्ड देश का चैथा ओ.डी.एफ. राज्य बन चुका है, तथा शहरी क्षेत्रों में भी सभी नगर निकायों ने स्वयं को ओ.डी.एफ. घोषित कर दिया है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के वर्ष 2022 तक किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने के लक्ष्य को पूरा करने की दिशा में राज्य सरकार ने मजबूत कदम उठाए हैं। पं.दीनदयाल उपाध्याय किसान कल्याण योजना के अंतर्गत 01 लाख रूपये तक का ऋण मात्र 02 प्रतिशत ब्याज पर दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि इस योजना के सही परिणाम मिले तो इसे विस्तारित किया जायेगा। सबको एक जैसी शिक्षा के अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए प्रदेश में एनसीईआरटी की पुस्तकें लागू की गई हैं।
विधायक श्री मुन्ना सिंह चैहान ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में केन्द्र सरकार ने समाज के हर वर्ग के लिए विभिन्न जन कल्याणकारी योजनाएं चलाई हैं। गरीबों, कृषकों, दिव्यांगों, महिलाओं, वृद्धजनों आदि के हितों को ध्यान में रखकर योजनाएं बनाई गई है। गरीबों को गैस कनेक्शन के लिए उज्ज्वला योजना, सबको स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के लिए आषुष्मान भारत योजना एवं भारतीय जन औषधी परियोजना, स्वच्छ भारत अभियान, मुद्रा ऋण योजना जैसी अनेक योजनाओं से समाज के प्रत्येक वर्ग को लाभान्वित किया जा रहा है।
विधानसभा क्षेत्र विकासनगर में केन्द्र सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं से जो लाभार्थी लाभान्वित हुए है, उन्में स्वच्छ भारत मिशन में 230(व्यक्तिगत शौचालय), प्रधनमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत 1701 आवास(वर्ष 2016-18 तक), पं.दीन दयाल उपाध्याय अंत्योदय योजनान्तर्गत 55, राष्ट्रीय आजीविका योजना के तहत 816 समूह, उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत 12707 गैस कनेक्शन व सौभाग्य योजना के तहत 586 विद्युत कनेक्शन दिये गये है।
